Installation and disassembly of hydraulic crushing hammer

The bucket and crushing hammer operate alternately.During the replacement process,due to the easy contamination of the hydraulic pipeline,the following methods should be followed for disassembly and installation.

1.Move the excavator to a flat area free of mud,dust,and debris,turn off the engine,and release the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline and the gas in the mailbox.

2.Rotate the stop valve installed at the end of the boom 90 degrees to the OFF position to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing out.

3.Loosen the hose plug on the large arm of the crushing hammer,and then pour a small amount of hydraulic oil into a container.

4.To prevent soil and dust from entering the oil pipeline,plug the hose with a plug,and plug the pipeline with an internal thread plug.To prevent dust pollution,tie the high-pressure and low-pressure pipes with iron wire.

1)When using the hose plug equipment for bucket operations,the plug is used to prevent soil and dust from getting into the hose that is attached to the crushing hammer.

2)The internal thread plug is used to prevent mud or dust attached to the equipment host from entering the oil pipe.

5.If you want to disassemble the crushing hammer,you need to first remove the pin shaft connected to the stick;When storing the crushing hammer outdoors,it should be placed on the sleeper and covered with a thin tarpaulin.

6.The crushing hammer has not been used for a long time,please follow the following method to keep it safe

1)Clean the outside of the crushing hammer;

2)After removing the steel drill from the shell,apply anti-corrosion oil;

3)Before pushing the piston into the nitrogen chamber,the nitrogen from the nitrogen chamber must be sent out first;4)When reassembling,each component of the crushing hammer should be coated with lubricating oil before assembly.

7.If a crushing hammer needs to be installed,the process is reversed from the disassembly sequence mentioned earlier.If bucket operations are carried out,it is easy to contaminate the hoses and pipe ends.The contaminated parts should be cleaned immediately(please use hydraulic oil or diesel for cleaning).

Inspection items for hydraulic fracturing hammer:whether there is looseness,damage,or detachment of bolts and nuts,bolts for the entire body,clamp bolts,accumulator bolts,hose joints,whether there is looseness,damage,oil leakage,hydraulic pipelines for fracturing hammer,hydraulic oil hoses,whether there is abnormal oil leakage,whether there is a connection surface between nitrogen chamber and cylinder body,clean the connection part between the front cylinder body and the steel drill,and whether there is abnormal wear and crack on the steel drill,Start the operation of lubricating oil and use a manual grease gun to apply butter after every 2-3 hours of operation.
