1、Inspection and maintenance

1.When operating the quick connector,never put your hands inside the machine or touch any rotating parts with your hands,as it can easily cause injury.

2.When disassembling and assembling the oil cylinder,be careful not to allow magazines and water to enter the cylinder.

3.Before carrying out lubrication and maintenance,remove any dirt or magazine from the quick connector.After alternating use for five times,perform maintenance on the quick connector.During maintenance,pour butter into each grease mouth three times.

4.During the process of transporting concrete,the cylinder shaft and cylinder rod are easily adhered to the concrete,causing the two to stick together.Therefore,it is necessary to clean the concrete after the operation.

2、Precautions for inspection and maintenance

1.Bolt:Check if the bolts at the connection between the assembly shaft and the grapple shaft are loose,and if there are gaps in the steel plates at the connection.

2.Cylinder:After every 120 hours of operation,check the cylinder for damage and oil leakage.

3.Pipeline:When installing a quick connector on an excavator,the pipeline must be installed.Operators must check the pipelines for oil leakage,damage,and connection after every 120 hours of work.

4.Tiger mouth and grab hook:After every 120 hours of operation,inspect the connecting parts of the excavator bucket or excavator accessories for wear,deformation,and cracks.

5.Inspection of bolt caps:Every 120 working hours,bolts and bolt caps should be inspected to ensure they are secure and not loose,in order to prevent accidents from occurring.

6.I hope to keep the cylinder rod from getting into the magazine and from being damaged.If not maintained,it will cause oil leakage in the cylinder.
