How to choose a vibration compactor

The vibration compactor is mainly used with excavators and can be adapted to 5-32 ton excavators.So how to choose a vibration compactor?Let me help you summarize it:

（1）Firstly,pay attention to whether its motor is imported,which is related to its effectiveness and lifespan;

（2）The area of the tamper plate is not as large as possible.If it is too large for the motor,it can easily increase the failure rate,while if it is too small,it can easily cause the motor to leak out.Therefore,when choosing,do not let the manufacturer change the tamper plate area at will;

（3）Is the bearing inside the host imported?Domestically produced bearings are prone to centrifugal force leading to ball breakage and sliding;

（4）Assembly and processing accuracy:There is an eccentric wheel inside the vibration compactor host,and the rotation of the eccentric wheel must ensure that the concentricity is not greater than 0.001 millimeters,otherwise it is easy to get stuck and not work;

（5）The oil seal must be original imported,and the rotation of the eccentric wheel during operation can easily cause an increase in coolant temperature.Poor quality oil seals are prone to premature aging and oil leakage;

（6）Does the host have a regulating valve(commonly known as an overflow valve)?The key function of this valve is to protect the motor and overload protection.Additionally,if the customer feels that the force is too high or too low,they can adjust it freely.
